1. How long will the course take to complete, and is it self-paced?
Most clients report that they complete the course in a total of fewer than 4 hours. The system is self-paced, and you can easily switch between Smart Phone, Tablet, or Computer. There are ten modules, each containing four mini–classes and a knowledge check. Each mini–class takes about 5 minutes, so taking the course in 5-minute sprints is possible if that works best for you.
2. Is there any prior experience or knowledge required to enroll in this course?
No. The course is designed to meet you where you are.
3. What will I learn in this course, and how will it help me become a better manager?
At the end of the course, you will have practical skills that you can use immediately in your role as a supervisor. 4. Is there a certificate of completion or other credential offered upon finishing the course?

5. What assessments or assignments will be required to complete the course?
At the end of each Module is a Knowledge Check consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions. There is no limit to the number of attempts to create a minimum score of 80% to move on to the next Module. This is all part of learning the material.
At the end of the course, you will have a twenty-question multiple choice Post Test with no limit to the number of attempts. An 80% or better final accomplishment is considered a success.
